By booking with us (via Booksy, WhatsApp, phone, email, website or in person) you accept these terms.
Bookings & Payment – A deposit (minimum 50%) or full payment is required to secure all appointments via Booksy. – Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
Cancellations & No-Shows – 24+ hours notice → full deposit refund – Less than 24 hours or no-show → 100% of appointment value charged / deposit forfeited
Late Arrival – More than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation (full charge applies).
Health & Allergies – You must inform us of allergies, medical conditions or pregnancy before treatment. – Patch tests (free) are required 48 hours in advance for gel/acrylic if you have sensitive skin. – We are not liable for reactions if a patch test was declined or information was withheld.
Refunds & Fixes – No cash refunds on completed services. – Unhappy with the result? Return within 5 days for a free correction (normal wear excluded).
Children & Guests – Children are only allowed if they have an appointment and must be supervised.
Photos – We may photograph nails for social media (face always hidden). We will ask permission first.
Liability – We are not responsible for loss/damage to personal belongings. – Nail enhancements can lift or chip due to individual nail health or aftercare – follow the salon is not liable for normal wear.
Right of Refusal – We may refuse service for abusive behaviour, intoxication or untreated nail infections (no refund).
